Chance is St. Louis' newest Nago-circle. Chance was created for all of the local gyaru to come together and share a new bond. Chance is OPEN for new applicants, but as of right now we are only accepting local gyaru. You must be 18 or older to be a full member, girls younger than 18 have the chance to be understudies for full membership. We will have meetings that all members can attend, and meetings that will be just for our full members, due to age restrictions at some locations. Applicants must meet or personally know a member of Chance to be eligible. Please look forward to the form~!
